  • That would've been more appealing to the eye in my opinion

The Evergreen Enterprises Happy Thanksgiving Luncheon Napkins retail for three dollars a ninety-nine cents. Twenty Thanksgiving-themed napkins come in a package. These Thanksgiving napkins certainly aren’t as nice as some other Thanksgiving napkins that I’ve purchased in the past, like the Creative Converting Thanksgiving Blessing Lunch napkins, but they still were attractive enough for me to purchase. Seasonal napkins such as these cost more than plain napkins, but they do definitely look nicer when put out on Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving-themed napkins help make the Thanksgiving holiday feel a little more festive. It’s just a little touch that can make a table set for Thanksgiving dinner look a tad more colorful and decorated for the holiday.

The napkins are very vibrant in color. There’s a blue sky background with puffy white clouds, a very well-drawn and plump turkey

that’s sitting in some green grass with some brown mountains in the background. It’s a very nice scene that’s portrayed on the napkins, although I do feel the attractiveness of the napkins is hurt by the somewhat out of place border that alternates in blocks of red and brown and runs downwards on the right side and across on the bottom. If a border had to be included, couldn’t the designers have at least made the border go all the way around the napkin? Of the four sides, these napkins only have two sides lined with a border. It looks odd. I personally would’ve much preferred no border and just a full view of the turkey, green grass, blue sky and brown mountains. That would’ve been more appealing to the eye in my opinion.

      What’s very ...

      • nice about these napkins also is the fact that they’re 3-ply. This means they’re pretty thick. They won’t tear super easily and they’re absorbent to an extent. They’re stylish plus practical, and that’s a big plus. I mean, attractive napkins that are eye catching are great and all, but napkins are meant to be used to wipe off one’s hands and mouth, and it’s important that they are strong enough and absorbent enough to do just that, and these are. One napkin can be used to wipe one’s hands and face several times because of how durable it is, unless the meal is real messy. The napkins are designed with Thanksgiving in mind though, and I’m not only saying that because of the design on the napkins, but because of the thickness of the napkins. Turkey
can be messy, and often times buttery biscuits are served with turkey, and just those two foods right there can require a strong napkin.

The Evergreen Enterprises Happy Thanksgiving Luncheon Napkins are nice to look at, although they could be nicer if the half-border wasn’t included. The napkins are also quite handy to have on a day where the typical American really indulges himself or herself, and Thanksgiving is known to be a meal that can require lots of napkins. These napkins are thick and will generally cut down on the number of napkins that a person uses. They’re a bit expensive, but they look fabulous on a table that’s set for Thanksgiving dinner. The somewhat ugly and odd border on the napkins is the only reason that I’m rating these Thanksgiving napkins a “9″ rather than a “10″.
