- chilly powder and mix thoroughly.
3. keep this mix aside for 15minutes.
4. grind onion, ginger,garlic,cloves,cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, black cardamom,green cardamom, coriander seeds, kas kas, biryyani flower to fine paste.
5. take cooking pan and add 5 table spoons of sunflower oil.
6. fry chopped mutton pieces in this oil for 10
minutes and keep them aside.
7. now add masala paste to this oil and fry thoroughly.
8. now add chopped tomato and mix gently.
9. cover the dish till tomato becomes soft.
10. now sauté well till the tomato is fried.
11. add mutton pieces and mix gently.
12. add enough water and cook on medium flame till meat is thoroughly cooked.
13. add 1 spoon of lemon extract for better taste.
14. serve hot with Biryani or plain rice.
(you can increase or decrease salt and chilly as per your taste.)
