      1. Onion- 2 2. Carrot 2 3. Capsicum- 1 4. Potato 2 5. Cauliflower pieces ½ cup 6. Pav-bhaji masala 1 spoon 7. Green chilly

      2 8. Green peas: ½ cup 9. Red chilly powder 1 tsp 10. Coriander leaves 1 cup 11. Salt as per taste 12. Turmeric powder 1 tsp.

      • 3 spoons.

        Procedure: 1. Take chopped potato,carrot ,green peas and cauliflower in a bowl and add water.

        2. Let them cook on low flame till all vegetables cooked well.

        3. Remove from

        pan and keep them aside.

        4. Take frying pan and add oil.

        5. Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste , green chilly and fry thoroughly.

        6. Add cooked vegetables and mix gently.

        7. Add salt, turmeric powder, pav-bhaji masala powder, red chilly powder.

        8. Mix gently , add little water and cover the dish.

        9. Add coriander leaves and mix gently.

        10. Serve hot with pav(bread).
