  • At last, I was able to use the Body Shop Harmonising Massage Oil that I bought earlier this year
  • It came in a special Body Shop gift pack that consisted of a Romantic Massage Oil 150ml, this Harmonising Massage Oil 150ml, and a massager, for the total cost of Php1535 (USD 35.3) which is already a good deal as the individual costs of each item is much higher
  • There is also a certain heat that I enjoy which can be felt while it is being rubbed on your body
  • The best thing about it is that there is almost no sticky feeling afterwards despite the fact that my masseuse used a lot of it and also, it does moisturize the skin

Last weekend, my mom and had our masseuse come over at our house to give us a body massage. At last, I was able to use the Body Shop Harmonising Massage Oil that I bought earlier this year. It came in a special Body Shop gift pack that consisted of a Romantic Massage Oil 150ml, this Harmonising Massage Oil 150ml, and a

massager, for the total cost of Php1535 (USD 35.3) which is already a good deal as the individual costs of each item is much higher. The bottle looks very enticing and classy, and would be a good gift whether on its own or with the package.

The harmonising massage oil claims that it is inspired by traditional Thai massage and that it will harmonize you and fix your body’s natural energy. True to this claim, it smells like lemongrass and reminds me of Thai massage places. The smell is ok, nothing special but alright, except that it can be a little strong when the part being massaged is near your nose.

As a massage oil it is ok; you can feel its smoothness while being massaged.

There is also a certain heat that I enjoy which can be felt while it is being rubbed on your body. The best thing about it is that there is almost no sticky feeling afterwards despite the fact that my masseuse used a lot of it and also, it does moisturize the skin. However, though it claims to be Harmonising,
I don’t feel any more harmonized than I did before the massage. In fact, I feel quite heavy at the moment.

Overall, this is an adequate massage oil, no complaints, but the only special thing about it should be the fact that it is not too sticky. It’s not bad, but I would probably try another massage oil when I decide to buy one again.
