Milka’s Cookies & Cream version of their Alpine Milk Chocolate is one of a couple of limited edition bars that have recently been on sale in a number of shops in the United Kingdom. They seem to be sold mostly in branches of the Poundland discount shop, although they do turn up from time to time in the ordinary supermarkets as well. As you would expect, in Poundland a single bar costs one pound, although many of the stores are running
a special offer whereby you can pick up three bars for two pounds, which is very good value for Milka.
The bar is mainly purple, as is usually the case with Milka bars, although this one has, for some strange reason, a photo on the front of a cow named Erica! I can only suppose the idea behind this is that Erica is supposed to have provided the milk for the chocolate! It is a rather weird concept to say the least,
