      1. Cooked rice 2 cups 2. Mint leaves- 1 bunch 3. Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp 4. Mustard ½ tsp 5. Onions- 2 6. Coriander seed powder- ½

      tsp 7. Green chilly 3 8. Red chilly 2 9. Ghee or butter 1 tsp 10. Oil- 3 tsp 11. Salt as per taste.

        3. Add mustards, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilly and red chilly.

        4. Let them fry well.

        5. Now add mint leaves

        turmeric powder and salt and mix thoroughly 6. Add coriander seed powder and sauté well.

        7. Do not add water.

        8. Add ghee or butter and fry it well.

        9. Remove from the pan mix it with cooked rice.

        10. Mix thoroughly so that the mint leaves paste is thoroughly mixed with rice.

        11. Serve hot with curry or curd chutney.
