I have heard this song many times but I am unaware of the real meaning of the song. I used to make fun of it because there is a song titled Tomorrow and now this is Yesterday. Yesterday is a song coming from the legendary The Beatles. Until now, the song remains popular and it is even voted the best song of 20th Century

It is a melancholic acoustic guitar ballad and performed by Paul McCartney. The song is about breakup and

it was performed so sad that you will really feel down after you hear the whole song. Now that I grew old, I have the feeling that this song is not only a break up song but it describe about failures in life. Actually, not only failures but our life as it is in the past. Once we have a trouble today, we will remember our yesterday because that yesterday we were happy and life is easy. We could describe our ...

      • yesterday to our childhood too.

I believe the voice of Paul McCartney helped me to feel the deeper meaning of this song. His voice is calm and sad and you will feel the hurt that he is feeling. Even the lyrics touched me inside. Everything about the words on the song is true. I could not imagine any instrument playing with this song but guitar. Everything about the song is perfect and it cuts the deeper of me. I do not understand

why I need to cry whenever I am hearing this one.

This is the reason why there are so many people admire The Beatles. Their songs have hidden meanings that you need to hear it again or play it repeatedly before you absorb it. That is why all their songs leave a mark and received so much loved like this one even from the youth of today because of the words and the rhythm. All the songs are worth listening and done passionately.
