      Ingredients: wheat bread, fresh mushrooms (champignons), chopped onion, shredder cheddar cheese, salt, mayonnaise. Cut each peace of bread in half.

      Fill a shallow dish with cold

      water and dip each breadstick in it (only with one side, and do not let it soak).

        Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, combine them in a bowl, add shredded cheese.

        Sprinkle some salt, add some mayo and stir

        it in.

        Using a teaspoon, place some of the mixture on each breadstick, spread evenly.

        Place the breadstick in the oven and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
