      • does take good pictures, but if you are looking for a basic point-and-shoot digital camera, it is probably a bit more than you need. 8 megapixels is a lot of resolution, and unless you
        want to be printing posters, it is just a waste of hard disk space. Try one of the cheaper EasyShares, or else look at a Canon PowerShot if you want something of this quality.
