Survivor Nicaragua: Glitter in Their Eyes was full of fire as events unfolded. There were also a lot of critical moves and, of course, a blind side. That’s what this TV Show is about more often than not, the surprise back stabbing. I’m pretty tired of it, which is why I don’t watch much anymore.

Here are a few thoughts on this hour program:

–Marty listened to Jill and revealed that he has

the idol. He also admitted that he was skeptical of Coach (Jimmie Johnson) and thinks of him as a huge threat. That really isn’t anything new, but his theory was interesting.

–La Flor, the younger tribe, has their hands full with Noanka, who is just a wildcat with an attitude. In fact, she’s darn scary (read on for more).

–The immunity and reward challenge, with the reward being a survivor garden of herbs ...

      • and spices, was spirited. The challenge had the tribes having to gather up large barrels, put them on palates, and then toss bags atop of each of them. This wasn’t a big surprise to me that the younger tribe won this one. I’ve said before that the challenges are stacked on the side of the younger folks.

–Again, Noanka showed her volatility. This gal is violent. To get the clue

to the idol, she actually knocked down her teammate, pushing her out of the way, and then squishing the fruit they’d just won. She just laughed and ranted about it later. This woman is crazy.

–JJ aka: Coach is no more. Honestly, it’s not that I’m a fan, but Jimmie Johnson was the reason for watching, so I’m not sure I’ll be tuning in again.

Survivor rolls on, but I guess I’m tired of the manipulations.
