Cookies made up of oatmeal is one of a perfect alternative for those who are mindful about calories. I have been looking for this kind of cookies but there are few brands which manufactures this particular kind of cookies. Pepperidge Farm is one of my favorite brands. There are so much variations that they have as regards the flavors of their cookies.

This kind of oatmeal cookies is very tasty because the flavor feels like an ordinary cookie. Oatmeal tends to make anything

less tasty. Other oatmeal cookies that I have tried have these characteristics. The traditional oatmeal cookies when made strictly to coincide with your diet, tastes like eating real or boiled oatmeal. The taste is very good with this brand. I did not feel that it was an oatmeal cookie after all.

I also like that everything is perfectly balanced. The main reason why they chose oatmeal to be the main ingredient of this cookie is because of health-concerns. Thus, when you ...

      • create sweets or desserts, like cookies, sweetness should not be sacrificed. This tastes sweet nonetheless albeit moderate. I checked the label for the its nutritional value and it only has 9 grams of sugar for every 3 servings of cookies. I do not recommend this though to be a substitute for those who want to loose gain because this still has high calories. This can be good for those who are conscious about heart problems because the main ingredient which is oatmeal
has amazing heart-caring properties. This brand is also very good because of zero trans fat. There has been a good consistent stand from all food manufacturing company when it comes to this campaign. Trans fat increases heart problems thus you should avoid this.

This tasty snack is not for strict loose-weight diet regimen but I can say it is a good snack for the heart. Oatmeal per se absorbs bad cholesterol and this does not have trans fat which is another thing.
