I have been using the Life Fitness T70 treadmill now for three years, and I love it. I purchased this treadmill from a fitness store (you won’t find this one at Walmart, that’s for sure!) because I had just had a baby and since I had other kids too, I really needed to be able to work out from home. However, my husband also needed to lose some weight, so we had to find a treadmill that could support his weight without stopping the motor, a problem that is common on cheaper models of treadmills. After some research and talks with the sales staff, we settled on the

Life Fitness T70. The cost was about $3000; it wasn’t cheap but the old saying that you get what you pay for is definitely true. I’ve now had this treadmill for over three years, and in that time it has never broken down on my, it has survived little ones hanging like monkeys on the arm rests, and has supported my weight and my husbands as well.

There are so many things I love about this product. As mentioned before, this treadmill is gym quality. It can support a user who weighs as much as three hundred fifty pounds. The handrails are comfortable spaced. Also, there are two cup holders, one on each side of the treadmill so the user has plenty of space for lots of water. The cup holders can be removed and placed in the dishwasher, which I love. The walking and running belt comes prelubricated and is designed to be maintenance free (again, I’ve never had to have it serviced after three years of use). The belt is part of the flex deck system, which has three manually adjustable cushioning settings, standard, firm or hard. I use the standard setting, and it feels great on my feet, knees and joints. I love that the incline setting on ...

this treadmill can go up to ten.

The display console for the treadmill is really great. It shows the user their speed, distance, calories burned, how long they were on the treadmill (time), and has preset workouts as well as manual ones. If you hold your hands on the silver handle bars, it will calculate the user’s pulse, and it does come with a heart monitor as well. If you need to stop abruptly for whatever reason, there is a stop button which completely stops the treadmill within a matter of seconds. Another feature I love is that you can enter information for up to

five users, plugging in info such as age, weight, what speed you want to start at, etc. This is great for quickly starting your workout and for having a more accurate calculation of how many calories have been burned. I also like that there is a display lock button; this is useful to lock the treadmill to keep it from turning on in case little ones are trying to use the treadmill and you don’t want them too. I love this product. It is a really great piece of home fitness equipment that is no maintenance, doesn’t take up too much space, and is top quality. I highly recommend it.
