Anyone who has turned on their television lately may have seen famous actors such as Bill Cosby or Oprah Winfrey - even Kevin Bacon, advocating for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a place to visit. By simply driving through Philadelphia, one rather rapidly understands that it is a city that has something for everyone.

Its Museums for art, space, and learning are vast and endless, its trails by Boat House Roe to walk or run are spectacular, and its shops and food stands are something to rave about.

      Philadelphia

constantly produces a wide array of broadway shows that offer visitors the chance to enjoy music and acting without having to travel to New York or California to enjoy such culture.

It also has a phoenominal orchestra that entertains people by the thousands and has become notorious for being one of the most amazing orchestras on the East Coast.

Philadelphia’s ritzy hotels and restaurants are nothing to scoff at and have provided plush and cushioney stays to United States Presidents, senators, goveneros, as well as famous actors and actresses that grace the headlines of our magazines and newspapers.

It has also hosted a home to many movies while being filmed there such as Rocky, and on its outskirts, The Village.

Philadelphia is notorious for its larger than life cheese steaks and its one of a kind soft pretzels.

It is also the home of many hospitals that have sought to save the lives of counless children, such as the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

      • Philadelphia, PEnnsylvania
obtains the most unique and leading edge techonlogy perhaps in the United States.

Philadelphia also has its own dinner theater ship known as The Spirit of Philadelphia.

It happily takes out visitors for lunches and dinners and servies a variety of upscale foods and fabulous entertainment while providing its passengers with the water views of Philly and its surrounding areas.

Philadelphia, PA provides visitors with counless stores in which to shop, the accessability of busses, trollies, and taxis for transportation, restaurants to suit all classes and ages,

tremendous architecture and other forms of art, and a trip that will last in one’s memory for ages! It is one of the most versatile and accepting environments that I have visited and I would encourage all adults and children looking forward to learning about art, music, history, culture, building, theater, acting, and eating to visit this trendous little town.

It is no wonder Oprah and Bill rate it as being one of the best places to visit.

It lives up to its fun and intersting reputation! Go Philly!
