  • Since I have looking for a cheap option to help mend the condition of my hair and due to its obvious description, I decided to give this a try
  • Despite its creamy formula it also doesn’t make a rich lather, which is I found to be quite disappointing as it is something I expect from shampoos
  • I don’t know if alternating it with a different shampoo changed its results anyhow, but I am not impressed with the results, as I feel no change at all
  • I wouldn’t recommend this to other people either, especially if you have very dry or damaged hair that need moisturizing

I used to have very greasy hair as a teenager, so since then I’ve always used shampoo and conditioner that doesn’t add extra oil to my hair. After years of using moisture zapping shampoos and using tons of hair products and heat styling, I now find my hair to be very dry and breaking. I consulted with my friends and they recommended I use a moisturizing shampoo. Though I’ve always refrained from using this type of shampoo, due to the condition of my hair now, I have to use this. I went to my local drugstore and found this shampoo. It states so directly that it is meant for hair that is dry and adds moisture to them. Since I have looking for a cheap option to help mend the condition of

my hair and due to its obvious description, I decided to give this a try.

The shampoo comes in a bottle with a pop open cap top. To use, I simply flip the bottle to the cap side downwards and squeeze how much ever shampoo I require to use. The application of this shampoo is like any other shampoo either. I wet my hair, apply this product to my hair and scalp and develop it into a lather and scrub my hair and scalp. I then rinse it off in the shower. The texture of this shampoo is creamy but its quite thick, it doesn’t flow easily and thus, it is quite hard to take out of the bottle when the shampoo is almost over. Also, due to its slow viscosity, the shampoo ...

      • is hard to spread over my head and only becomes easier when I add a little water to it. Despite its creamy formula it also doesn’t make a rich lather, which is I found to be quite disappointing as it is something I expect from shampoos. I also have to use a lot of the product to get it to coat my entire hair and to get the result I want and I have pretty short hair. Hence, the shampoo had finished sooner than I would have liked. I guess this reflects its cheap price point.

I found this shampoo doesn’t clean very well. I used this shampoo alternating it with another shampoo that does clean. I used it up until the end to see the results of my hair being moisturized; otherwise

I would have given it away. But in the end I do not feel my hair is at all moisturized from its dry state. I don’t know if alternating it with a different shampoo changed its results anyhow, but I am not impressed with the results, as I feel no change at all. I will not be buying this again.

Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the product itself or the results. I thought this was a waste of money. Maybe it was just me that it didn’t work on. I didn’t pay a lot for it so I guess I didn’t hurt my wallet too much by simply trying it. I wouldn’t recommend this to other people either, especially if you have very dry or damaged hair that need moisturizing. If you liked this review, please vote.
