  • And to top it off it only half solved my problem as I had to now route through there site to find the right driver In the end I just backed up the files and whiped the computer and re-installed the OS

      Recently I was asked to fix a friends Dell computer. I’m pretty good on computer’s but I was stumped this time.

      I finally decided to consult the support line thinking I would have it all sussed in 40


      minutes tops.

      The support they gave me was appauling and you could tell they were reading the same script over and over with out a care if you’re even listening or not.

      I spent most of the time ...


      • on hold, more than talking to a Dell Rep! From start to end I was on the support line 2h20minutes! And to top it off it only half solved my problem as I had to now route through

        It wasn’t worth faffing around with Dell again.
