  • It is perfect for my taste and the best I have ever bought in a jar
  • I know a lot of people like their hot curries but personally they just blow my head off and I would much prefer the sweet coconut and spicy flavours of a good korma, but some korma sauces are a disappointment for me
  • It also contains an abundance of almond slices which is great for me as I love the almonds in a traditional korma sauce, but some other sauces can be a bit stingy with the almonds
  • I am a vegetarian so I make my kormas using green lentils and I enjoy it thoroughly

      This is the most gorgeous korma sauce from Loyd Grossman’s range. It is perfect for my taste and the best I have ever bought in a jar. I know a lot of people like their hot curries but personally they just blow my head off and I would much prefer the sweet coconut and spicy flavours of a good korma, but some korma sauces are a disappointment for me. They might not be

      sweet enough for me, or they are too sweet and sickly. This is just beautiful and perfect and it tastes of quality to me.

      The colour is a shade of bright tan – I say this because some korma sauces are practically fluorescent which worries me about the possible artificial colouring which this does not have.         have used a great sauce like this For you meat eaters, the jar gives instructions to stir the sauce into some gently fried chicken pieces. Back when I was a meat eater, I used to enjoy prawns with my korma sauce most of all. But the lentils also taste great and, together with the almonds, make this dish extremely high in protein. I would wholeheartedly recommend this gorgeous sauce from Loyd Grossman.
