      My mom has a couple of dozen Corelle dinnerware sets in various designs and I grew up using them so I know the brand to be dependable and sturdy. Now that I have my own family, Corelle is also my brand of choice when it comes to everyday plates. The brand Corelle is very popular that I do not know anyone who does not own at least a set or even several sets of Corelle dinnerware in their house. My husband and I received several plate sets during our wedding but they were mostly Noritake plate sets and only one set was Corelle. While I also like the brand Noritake since they make fine china, I

      prefer to use them only on special occasions as they are not practical for everyday use because they are heavy. Luckily for us, SM Homeworld had a sale and my husband and I were able to buy the Corelle White Enhancements 12 Piece Dinnerware Set at 50% off. From its original price of 3995php, we got it for only 1999php. Needless to say, we took advantage of the sale and now we have more plates than we can use.

Like any other Corelle product, the items in the White Enhancements Set are chip resistant, microwave oven safe, easy to clean, durable and lightweight. They also have a one year warranty from World Kitchen, Inc., makers of Corelle although in all my years of experience with Corelle, I have yet to make use of the warranty. The White Enhancements design is a great choice for me because I really don’t care much for printed plates. Plus, I don’t have to worry about the plates not matching. I used to reserve our Noritake plates for when we have visitors because they look more formal but
        after a guest accidentally broke a small plate, I have decided to use the Corelle White Enhancements from then on.

        Corelle boasts that its plates are chip resistant and it’s true. It is also durable enough to withstand constant bumps from when they hit the spigot when they are being washed but they are not unbreakable. It’s a good thing I bought several sets of the White Enhancements design because I’ve already lost two bowls due to breakage. The Corelle White Enhancements 12 Piece Dinnerware Set makes for a great wedding present especially since the couple is just starting and I wish I had gotten more of these during my wedding instead of having to wait for a sale to buy it.
