  • If there is a line up, I suggest letting the receptionist know you are waiting, and they usually put the customer in the sequence order and take your phone number down
  • I had this issue in a few restaurants, so this is a big issue for me
  • They also bring you your food in an orderly fashion, no delays or anything, and if there is a problem, they let you know politely
  • This makes me feel more welcome there as I know I won't be treated badly or given dirty looks as I would've gotten if I went to a different restaurant
  • I'm not a big fan of the prices, but compared to some of the other places with similar reputation, this restaurant is by far the best out of them

I have visited this restaurant three times now and I have received great service at all times. This restaurant has a bar area on one side and a family area on the other side. I am greeted by very friendly receptionists when I walked in. If there is no line up they show you to a sitting area right away and introduce you to the server who will be serving you. Usually weekends are crazy hectic, so there is a line up of up to 30 mins, so you may have to wait to get a seat, but since this restaurant is situated inside a mall, it is easy to spend time walking around the mall and then go to the restaurant when it is your turn. If there is a line up, I suggest letting the receptionist know you are waiting, and they usually put the customer in the sequence order and take your phone number down. When it is your turn, they may call you to remind you.

The staff here are wonderful. They greet you nicely, and the servers are also very friendly. They give you enough time to decide what you want to eat and let you know their specials at the beginning. They don’t pester you at all or tell you to get certain items on the

menu or tell their personal opinion about the type of food they’d want you to eat. I had this issue in a few restaurants, so this is a big issue for me. At this particular restaurant, the staff would come around the first time and if I needed more time, they’d give me enough space and return when I wave or signal for them to come, or sometimes they come on their own, but again, with enough space in between. I really liked this quality. They also bring you your food in an orderly fashion, no delays or anything, and if there is a problem, they let you know politely. In fact, they are so polite, once I had a problem with my debit card (it was a nation-wide crisis!) and couldn’t pay them with it and I had no cash or credit card on me but I let them know my family would come by and pay the bill for me and that I’d wait for them to come. The staff handled the situation with care and sincerity and showed sympathy towards me. They did not treat me badly or pester me or anything, they even offered me to sit down and stay calm. I loved this part of the service. They go beyond serving you as just a customer. This makes ...

The food is very very good. They have a wide variety of items on their menu, ranging from hamburgers to pastas, and also offer various types of cuisines. So far I’ve had about quarter percent of their menu and there is nothing there that I wouldn’t recommend for others to try. I especially like their tandoori chicken pizza, it is very original and incredibly tasty, definitely try that. They also have a lot of different kinds of salads and side dishes, which are also very good. Also, the food comes out at exactly the right temperature for the consumer to dig right in without waiting or worrying about the food being too hot. I haven’t experienced this in any other restaurant and so far I only know this restaurant that does this, I think it is a wonderful idea and very thoughtful of them. It is a bit pricey. For two people dining in, the total would come to at least $50, if you go for drinks, appetizer, dinner and desert. I’m a student and I don’t earn very much so spending $50 for dinner is a bit much for me, but it is still

a good deal as you get amazing food and very nice staff to serve you. So I would definitely frequent this place, just not every week, but once in a while. Lastly, I’ll talk about the atmosphere of the restaurant.

As I mentioned before, one side is a bar and the other side is for family, so both the halves of the restaurant have a different feel to them, depending on where you are seated. The bar area is more hip and the seats are raised higher, it sort of feels like a sports bar but also for people who are not there for the sports. The music isn’t very loud here and I believe it is kept low throughout the night. The family side of the restaurant has lower seats and a more intimate setting. The lights are dimmer here to than the bar side. The music is pretty loud here, at least more audible than in the bar area, and as the night progresses, the music gets louder. Music selection is of rock/pop/feel good genre. Overall, I really like this restaurant, and I will keep revisiting this place. I’m not a big fan of the prices, but compared to some of the other places with similar reputation, this restaurant is by far the best out of them. If you liked my review, please vote.
