Cetirizine (Zyrtec) is a drug classified under the Antihistamines. Which means this drug is good for taking care of allergic reaction caused by several things including rhinitis and severe itching. Doctors usually prescribe this medication for seasonal allergic rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria. Zyrtec comes in oral solution of 5 mg/5ml and tablets of 5 mg and 10 mg.
