This phone is a clear improvement over the standard Motorola V3. The question simply becomes, whether or not this phone has enough improvements to warrant an upgrade. In my opinion, it does not, but for cell phone fans out there that are dedicated to Motorola, this phone will not disappoint. The major improvement comes from the larger screen, which is both clearly a higher resolution and much bigger than the standard Razor. The phone itself, feels very solid in the hand, and I believe a clear difference between the two comes into to play this one has all metal parts, it
shows.
The camera resolution is the same at 1.3 mega pixels, this was a let down for me because such improvements need to be made to warrant releasing a new device entirely. This phone was released less than a year before the Razor 2, which provides all of the featured improvements that may be lacking here. Unlike this version of the razor second-generation phone with him this which was released about a year after the release of this phone features a much higher resolution camera cleaner keyboard and sleeker design. I’m a huge razor fan but could not hold off the secondary
model of a standard razor. After using this phone for a few weeks I realized I probably should have.
In general, The phone is a quality product, If you already own a razor though, you are not going to be that impressed with the changes that have been made, it is simply a larger fancier version of the V3. There is nothing wrong with Motorola wishing to make improvements, but the classic version was just fin the way it was, there was no need for a release like this. I have few complaints about over all functionality, as it is very well designed ...
