  • I've had dogs in my house for as long as I can remember and this is one of the best products that I've used for the dental health of my pets
  • I even changed her diet thinking it had something to do with her digestion, but I still had the same problem
  • I know that teeth problems in dogs are the cause of the serious health issues for them later in life and that was the last thing I wanted for her especially since she was already getting up there in age
  • I love this stuff and now that I have two new puppies, I'll be sure to have some of this rinse on hand at all times and really take a proactive stance when it comes to their oral health

I used to use Nutri-Vet breath fresh dental rinse every couple weeks for my dogs a few years ago. I’ve had dogs in my house for as long as I can remember and this is one of the best products that I’ve used for the dental health of my pets. One dog that I had a couple years ago had horrible breath. It didn’t matter what I fed her or how many bones I gave her to chew on, her comes were in awful shape and her breath was probably the most horrible that I’ve smelled on any animal in all my years prior to owning her. I’d even tried things like doggie toothpaste and dental floss and she would just fight and fight every time I tried to brush her teeth and it never seemed to help at all and I couldn’t figure out why her breath still smelled so bad. I even changed her diet thinking

it had something to do with her digestion, but I still had the same problem.

The Nutri-Vet Breath Fresh Dental Rinse was like a gift from the gods because it was so much easier to use than a toothpaste or dental floss. All I had to do was add a bit of this mixture to her water and she would drink it and it would freshen her breath. That’s it. And it was so healthy for her because it was all natural and as long as you followed the directions in regards to the size of the dog there was never any problem at all.

This rinse had in it yucca extract and mint oil and it’s the mint oil that killed off the bacteria that causes all the bad breath, and the mint oil gets into the digestive tract too and helps stop odoros that way as well. So no more smelly dog burps in your face when you’re ...

      • cuddling with your pet.

It’s cute because the package says “you’ll not smell the results after 48 hours” and I liked that. And it’s very true too because after two days of adding this to her water, her breath was greatly improved already and I really can’t stress enough how bad it smelled to begin with. She never turned her nose up to it either or refused to drink her water when I’ve added in it because I guess she didn’t think it tasted too bad if she was going right to her water bowl when I wanted and needed her to.

Aside from killing the odor causing bacteria this rinse also contains chlohexidine which reduces plaque build-up and that’s what she needed more than anything else. I know that teeth problems in dogs are the cause of the serious health issues for them later in life and that was the last thing I wanted for her especially since she

was already getting up there in age.

And you didn’t have to give it to the dog all at once. You could add a capful to 24 ounces of their daily drinking water and it could sit there all day and she could go to it when she needed water or ignore it for a while if she didn’t need the water, but she never refused to drink it and so her breath freshened up in no time. After the first couple days I only gave this to her every week, and then every other week, and for as long as I had her, this rinse helped give her the oral health she needed and that I wanted her to have. I love this stuff and now that I have two new puppies, I’ll be sure to have some of this rinse on hand at all times and really take a proactive stance when it comes to their oral health.
