  • In my opinion this game is best used for playing against your friends, but you can race computers if you feel like playing this game alone
  • Unfortunately for me, my internet connection is too slow to play over multiplayer, so I was unable to accurately test that part of this game

Mario Kart Wii is an overall fun game, but can get just plain annoying at times. As any fan of the Mario Kart series will be able to tell you, it is a slower paced game that focuses more on a battle type environment than just pure racing. In a race you receive many types of items that you

can use to boost yourself or hurl at your opponents. This can get really frustrating when you are just trying to race but your progress keeps being inhibited by items being thrown at your character. On the flip side, it can be very enjoyable to hit somebody with a shell and then go cruising by them.

You can race against computer players, your friends, or even over the internet. • Mario Kart Wii
      game.

When you are deciding on what course you want to race on, you may decide that some of these courses look familiar. That’s because they are. This game features not only new courses, but some of the familiar favorites from the older Mario Karts including Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Kart Game Boy Advance, and Mario

Kart DS. It is like playing across a whole timeline of Mario Karts.

Overall this game can be fun to play with other people, but don’t be surprised if you end up throwing your controller a few times due to frustration. It is a slower paced game geared more for children, but is suitable for all ages to play and enjoy.
