  • Since then, I have been feeding my child this in the morning alternating it with other Cerelac variants and I found that among all the other variants of Cerelac, my son prefers this more and he is able to finish an entire bowl of it unlike with other Cerelac variants such as Honey, Vegetable, and Chocolate which he never seems to like as much
  • What I like about Cerelac is that it is made by Nestle which is a trusted brand
  • I sometimes snack on this dry cereal too and I prefer to eat mine without water
  • I do not mind that the powdered cereal sticks to the upper portion of my mouth because it just tastes so delicious and I can really smell and taste the banana in it

I am a first time mother but I never worried about what to first feed my baby when he turned six months because I already had Cerelac Wheat Banana and Milk in mind. Cerelac is a brand of dry cereals for infants ages 6 to 24 months. It is a spoon fed solid food suitable for complementary feeding and is not in any way designed to substitute milk feeding. I started my child on Cerelac Wheat Banana and Milk just as he turned 6 months. Since then, I have been feeding my child this in the morning alternating it with other

Cerelac variants and I found that among all the other variants of Cerelac, my son prefers this more and he is able to finish an entire bowl of it unlike with other Cerelac variants such as Honey, Vegetable, and Chocolate which he never seems to like as much. At 97.60 pesos for a 250g box, Wheat Banana and Milk is also slightly more expensive than the other Cerelac variants. What I like about Cerelac is that it is made by Nestle which is a trusted brand. In fact, I myself grew up on this so it is but natural that I
should pass it on to my son. Cerelac Wheat Banana and Milk does not contain any preservatives but a box should be consumed within 6 months from the time it is first opened. For everyone’s guidance, however, the expiration date is clearly printed at the top portion of the box.

Cerelac Wheat Banana and Milk is a necessity for my son’s health and growth as it contains several nutrients such as Bifidus (also called probiotics), DHA (An omega-3 fatty acid found in the eyes and brain), Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Zinc and Iron with levels considered as high source. I like that ...

the back of the package contains a Nutrition Information and the feeding instructions are easy to follow as it is printed clearly complete with illustration on the side panel of the box. The foil package is also labelled properly with the variant so that I never have to guess what’s inside especially because I throw away the box and just keep the foil package in a see through sealed container.

My son likes the flavor of Cerelac Wheat Banana and Milk so much but he is not the only one. I sometimes snack on this dry cereal too and I prefer

to eat mine without water. I do not mind that the powdered cereal sticks to the upper portion of my mouth because it just tastes so delicious and I can really smell and taste the banana in it. Another great thing about this particular variant of Cerelac is that it is such a popular flavor that it is available almost everywhere. We had almost run out of Cerelac Wheat Banana and Milk and I was surprised that even 24 hour convenience stores like Seven Eleven and drugstores like Mercury Drug carry this. I hope there never comes a time when Nestle will discontinue this variant.

Angie Montealegre says :

Feeding with solid foods should start only at 4 months. Your baby is still too young that he may have problems with digestion.

You can start Cerelac as child crosses 3 months age. Give a diluted watery porridge, not thick porridge. Start with rice Cerelac. Introduce wheat later

Nhej,

It is not better to encourage your child eating Cerelac in 2-3 years. Health and nutritional requirement of 3 year old baby cant be met by food that is meant for infants (less than 2 years of age). Start giving home food. Your child will soon start liking it. Make interesting delicious recipes for your kid. Seach for tasty snack recipes for kids in internet. Very soon your kid will start liking home food.
