  • I thought LCB was an expensive courier which charged a bit pricey when it comes to shipping documents and packages, but I was surprised to find out they were even cheaper than Air21, which is the local courier used owned by Fedex
  • I had to deliver a document which was the minimum weight, it was only in a long business envelope and I was charged $1.50 for the shipping fee, it was really cheap and it would be delivered the next day just as long as it's within the city, and there's also a tracking number so you can know the status, but I think it's pretty pointless since it wouldn't really be a long way to go and it's only a 1 day process to deliver the document/package but still it's a good and of course, safe precaution against theft and stolen packages and goods that might get lost in the way
  • They have a very good service and my clients usually receive the documents within the next day, the only problem I have when sending them is that LBC doesn't pick up documents at our house and we'd have to drop the documents or packages off at their station which is usually located at malls or other branches that you'd have to go out of your way still just to ship items, and it's really a tedious and dragging process
  • Now I won't have any problems when I want to ship something to my grandmother in the provincial areas and sending documents to clients as we have a nearby branch here, and I do recommend LBC because it's really cheap, fast, and reliable
  • I rate this an 8 and my only concern is that I hope they can pick up items just like other courier companies, as it will really be time-saving and convenient for the customers

      • it’s really a tedious and dragging process. Fortunately, we have a branch just within 2 minutes’ walking distance and I was so relieved to hear we have an LBC branch that near our house! Now I won’t have any problems when I want to ship something to my grandmother in the provincial areas and sending documents to clients as we have a nearby branch here, and I do recommend LBC because it’s really cheap, fast, and reliable.

LBC is one of the country’s leading and pioneer couriers and I have never heard any feedback that anything has been lost yet. It’s much safer and faster than using the postal service here as

the postal service will take up to 1 week even just for local shipping, that’s how bad and slow and unorganized the postal service here is. LBC is used by many people sending and receiving documents and packages, and their package rates are quoted by weight. I haven’t had any package delivered yet as I only send documents and minimal stuff, but I’m sure they also do have great service and the fees wouldn’t be as expensive when it’s local delivery. I rate this an 8 and my only concern is that I hope they can pick up items just like other courier companies, as it will really be time-saving and convenient for the customers.
