This book, one of the more recent Terry Pratchett books, is very enjoyable. While not the funniest or the best of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld books, it is still definitely very funny and worth reading.

      This book continues

the idea of Thud! which was brought up in Going Postal.

Thud itself is a game, sort of similar to chess.

In the main part of the book, the Dwarfs and the Trolls are on the verge ...

      • of war.

Thud the game is dwarfs versus trolls.

The funny part of this book is Captain Vimes’ storytime with his son, Young Sam.

Captain Vimes must go home each day at precisely 6 o’clock in order

to read Young Sam the book.

This book is called Where’s my Cow.

(You can also buy Where’s my Cow…it’s kind of cute, but only really enjoyable if you’re familiar with a lot of Terry Pratchett’s books).

        Overall, this book is great.
