  • This is a movie really intended for kids and even though I had enjoyed some parts and the animation, I wouldn't really recommend it for adults not unless they have kids and nieces and nephews to watch it with since this is really for kids

This movie is perfect for kids because it’s in 3D and it features dragons of all sizes and shapes, it also shows how to “train” and “educate” your dragon, be it as dangerous as they are in real life but this is cartoons, so the kids loved watching it. The movie effects are great, the animation I rate is about 8 out of 10, it is quite average but the dragons made it worth watching so it was pretty cool. It is a typical cartoon

which just is different with the plot, there’s lots of comedy stuff too for adults since Gerard Butler as Stoick, Hiccup’s dad, and Hiccup is portrayed by Jay Baruchel. Gerard as Hiccup’s father just adds comedy to the scene as he is really willing to do anything just as Hiccup becomes a strong Viking just like the rest of them because in all honestly Hiccup is a weakling, just the one who watches from the sidelines and cleans all their equipments after a fight.

      They don’t ...

      • only have to battle little and medium-sized dragons but also a huge one that resembles a skyscraper because apparently the little dragons are the ones feeding the big motherly one. They do unite and in the end Hiccup is a hero in their Viking world.

When the time comes that Hiccup manages to accidentally save a dragon, he befriends it and the others are immediately amazed and confused on how he did it. In the end he trains the dragons who can be educated and they

use it for their daily living, in which the dragons are only too happy because they don’t have to feed and get scared by the mother of all dragons anymore.

This is a movie really intended for kids and even though I had enjoyed some parts and the animation, I wouldn’t really recommend it for adults not unless they have kids and nieces and nephews to watch it with since this is really for kids. A nice movie though, but not really my cup of tea.
