  • I was taking care of myself, too, I thought, careful not to get water in my ears or anything like that, especially since I really love to swim
  • I had been taking it for the ten days or so that I was on the latest round of antibiotics from the doctor and, sure enough, by the time the antibiotics were over and done with, and I was still taking these supplements, I found that I wasn't experiencing any further discomfort at all
  • I continued to take these supplements until I ran out of them, which was about a month later, and during that whole time, I never had any problem with more ear aches, though I was still keeping my ears plugged when I went swimming
  • I am a Scorpio and a water sign so it stands to reason I like to swim, and I'm a total beast when I can't hit some water on a regular basis
  • Maybe it's all just a kind of placebo affect, in that I think it woks, therefore it must, but all I know is that I didn't have any further ear infections, and it was a healthy product to take, no dangers or side-effects attributed with it at all, so there's no reason I wont take it again in the future

I was going through a pretty lengthy period of having constant ear aches. I’d been to the doctor a number of times about it, and they’d give me something, and I’d take it, and the pain would go away and just a week or two later, the ear ache would come back in full force. Actually, I have to say it wasn’t so painful that I couldn’t carry on with my day, but it was most certainly a distraction, and it was uncomfortable to put any kind of pressure on that side of my head. I was taking care of myself, too, I thought, careful not to get water in my ears or anything like that, especially since I really love to swim. I would wear ear plugs any time I was in the water, and would rinse my ears each time after swimming or even when I

      was exercising and sweating badly.

But still I would get these ear aches on a constant basis, and after about three months of this, I’d just about had enough and bought these Ear Health Plus caplets from Walgreens, which were basically like a daily supplement used to improve the health of your ear. It’s supposed to help improve circulation to the inner ear and had some sort of flavanoids, and I’m not even sure what that is, that’s supposed to improve the individual capillaries in the ear. I figured, it’s certainly not going to hurt me to take this because it has no medicine interactions at all, and I could still take the antibiotics that the doctor was constantly giving me.

I was taking one tablet about three times a day, usually with a meal, though nothing stated that it had to be taken with food, that was just ...

      • the times I remembered to take it. I had been taking it for the ten days or so that I was on the latest round of antibiotics from the doctor and, sure enough, by the time the antibiotics were over and done with, and I was still taking these supplements, I found that I wasn’t experiencing any further discomfort at all. I continued to take these supplements until I ran out of them, which was about a month later, and during that whole time, I never had any problem with more ear aches, though I was still keeping my ears plugged when I went swimming.

I’m not sure if these worked because it’s a solid supplement to improve ear health, or if it was just coincidence and luck since I was taking those antibiotics at the same time, but even six months later, I never had a recurrence of

an ear infection, no matter how much swimming I indulged in. Take me away from the water and I’m a walking nightmare to deal with. I am a Scorpio and a water sign so it stands to reason I like to swim, and I’m a total beast when I can’t hit some water on a regular basis. During the summer months, I plan on taking this ear health plus supplement to help stop in its track any infection I might get from all the swimming and water in my ears.

Maybe it’s all just a kind of placebo affect, in that I think it woks, therefore it must, but all I know is that I didn’t have any further ear infections, and it was a healthy product to take, no dangers or side-effects attributed with it at all, so there’s no reason I wont take it again in the future.
