It goes well with a lot of food and the great thing about it is that it doesn’t take long at all to cook. It is fairly simple and you really

      enjoy it. Here is the recipe for Alfredo Sauce:

      1/2 cup cream cheese 1 cup milk 0-2% 3 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper (more or less, to taste) 3 tbsp. dry parsley or 1/2 cup fresh

      Now what you first is put the cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper all in a blender ...


      • and blend until there are no clumps. Pour into a saucepan on medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes. While it is cooking add parsley to it. Cook the spaghetti and add clams. You can also add a different type of meat if you want to give a different taste to it. Pour desired amount over pasta and cook selected meat in
        sauce to absorb the flavor.

        It will turn out great and it makes 3-4 servings of it. This is a great recipe to have around and you would truly enjoy it. Especially after making it a few times and getting the hang of it you can start experimenting by adding different flavors to it. This is even great when you use seafood instead of meat too. I highly recommend this recipe.
