  • I know all of them were stunts and hired to be exposed in this movie, and for me they are the best the cheerleading world has to offer
  • I do recommend this movie for any girl or cheerleader or aspiring kid out there, this will be an inspiration to them and it really shows the cream of the crop of each university

I had idolized Kirsten Dunst ever since Jumanji and had always loved cheerleading and gymnastics altogether, I was a cheerleader and of course, it was only natural for me to watch this movie, I would just die if I didn’t get to watch this and I did really love it to death!

There are a lot of movies nowadays which shows dance steps and dance competitions, but cheerleading is very different from all those “stomping” and “bouncing” and street dance competitions, this requires sort of like professional skill, you would have to have poise and classiness and skill here plus lots of

hard work, and most of all choreography, which is I admit, harder actually than just street dancing, they are very different stuff and I have to say I really did appreciate the director and the staff and the choreographers and most of all, the students and cheerleaders who was in the making of this movie! I know all of them were stunts and hired to be exposed in this movie, and for me they are the best the cheerleading world has to offer!

The movie shows Kirsten as the head cheerleader and a rival team from another city confronts them as the ...

      • head cheerleader before Kirsten had just apparently stolen routines from them! The rival cheerleader is Gabrielle Union, whom I also very much admire. The two get it on really great by being rivals and they do have that great high school acting. But what I really liked most in the movie is that there are just lots and lots of action, cheerleading action and throwing here and there, and lots of jumps and sprints over there! It is crazy and I have never seen moves up to now when I do look at the cheerleading competition on television, I can’t imagine why
the others can’t do this when the younger kids are much more flexible than these teenagers are.

I do recommend this movie for any girl or cheerleader or aspiring kid out there, this will be an inspiration to them and it really shows the cream of the crop of each university. All of them did a great job and I watch this still right now to amaze myself and after the movie, I try and flex myself and happily I figure it’s also one way to stay in shape, by trying to stay flexible and still fit as I was and still am!
