  • The track starts off with a heavy industrial sound and the synthesizers actually have a pretty interesting sound throughout this section in my opinion
  • Please isn’t an amazing track but I’d still say it’s an enjoyable song and I like the overall sound Reznor has on the track

      Please is a song by Nine Inch Nails which appears on their album The Fragile. The track starts off with a heavy industrial sound and the synthesizers actually have a pretty interesting sound throughout this section in my opinion.

      Reznor comes in with the first verse pretty quickly as he sings about a drum beat along with a heavy bass rhythm under him.

      of the song is pretty laid-back, I wouldn’t exactly say mellow but it certainly doesn’t have as much energy as the chorus of the chorus of the track which isn’t exactly faster or more energetic but it just seems to feature Reznor with a more up-front vocal delivery that leads the song rather than just going along with it.

      • somewhat modifying his vocal melody for the second verse of the track so he’s not caught in the situation of simply looping around with the same melody and simply changing around the lyrics.

        Also, in the chorus Reznor pretty much changes all of the lyrics yet keeps the same melody so he’s even changing it up here as well.

        Please goes by pretty quickly and

        really doesn’t feature any extended instrumental sections where Reznor builds up a dark mood, as he typically will do in a track, and it really just goes through two verses and two choruses and then a final vocal section before coming to its end.

        Please isn’t an amazing track but I’d still say it’s an enjoyable song and I like the overall sound Reznor has on the track.
