A good recipe to have a strawberry cheese cake. It is yummy and everyone seems to enjoy it when I make it. To me it taste much better home made rather than the brought kind. I really love enjoy making this cheese cake and would like to share it with you. Here is the recipe for the strawberry cheese cake:

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed 1 tablespoon cornstarch 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese,

softened 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 eggs 1 tablespoon water

First thing you will do is combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of an ungreased 9-in. spring form pan, refrigerate for about 25-30 minutes. In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries and cornstarch and mix until well smooth. Then you pour the mixture into a pot and let boil for 1-2 minutes. Set aside 1/3 cup strawberry sauce so that it can cool. You can go ahead and cover ...

      • and refrigerate remaining sauce for serving.

Next beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy in a mixing bowl. Gradually beat in milk, and add lemon juice. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over crust. Drop half of the reserved strawberry mixture by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto cream cheese layer. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture over sauce. Drop remaining strawberry sauce by 1/2 teaspoonfuls on top. With a knife, cut through top layer only to swirl strawberry sauce. Bake at 300 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until center is almost

set. Then let it sit and cool for about 10-15 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen it and cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight and then remove the side of the pan. Thin chilled strawberry sauce with water if desired and serve with cheesecake. Store in the refrigerator.

It will turn out perfectly and you will truly enjoy this recipe. The process is not that long and should be done in about an hour in a half from preparing it, all the way to when it is finish cooking. I highly recommend this recipe.
