      Ingredients (for two people)

      1/2 kg tuna fish 1/2 apple, peeled & chopped 1 teaspoon of Apple juice 1/2 table spoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 table spoon chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1


      tea spoon lemon juice 1 onion 1 big tomato fresh coriander leaves 1 onion - minced 1 big tomato - minced fine

      Method 1. Prepare the tuna fish, cutting it to small pieces, mixing it with a bit of turmeric powder and lemon sauce.


      • 2. Heat the oil in a wok, add the apple and stir fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Then add up the minced onion & the tomato. Cook till onion is soft & tomato is pulpy.

        3. Add half a tablespoon form

        practically everything: coriander, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and don’t forget the garam masala powder.

        4. Add water, enough for the materials to be boiled & put fish.

        6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

        P.S. U can skip the apple’s initial stir on the wok, and practically almost any of the spices, except the Masala :) Enjoy
