  • One problem I’ve found myself having with Iron Maiden in some of their tracks is that when Dickinson plays around with a studio dub, it ends up coming off as extremely cheerful which I personally don’t think really works with the song
  • However, Dickinson keeps the tone appropriate throughout the track and his vocal performance throughout this song is fine in my opinion without this problem
  • Overall, the song isn’t one of my favorite songs by Maiden but there are still some interesting parts throughout the track and it’s got a good energy and flow as well so it’s certainly worth at least looking into

Fates Warning is a song by Iron Maiden which appears on their album No Prayer For The Dying. The track starts off with a clean guitar part with a melodic lead played over it which is a nice start to the track and actually not a way that Iron Maiden will typically start off a

      song.

After about forty five seconds the track picks up that characteristic sound of Iron Maiden with more aggressive guitar parts and a galloping bass line from Harris as well.

Dickinson comes in with the vocal melody of the track which fits nicely during the verse and sounds even better in the chorus.

song is fine in my opinion without this problem.

To be honest, I don’t think that the bridge of this track has great of a flow as the rest of the song, but this is just a minor complaint thus far and the rest of the song has been fine without any problems for me.

The track also features some nice lead guitar parts, as usual, and ends with a final chorus.
