  • But, that doesn't mean I don't like the idea of treating myself to something special every now and then and really pampering my skin and body and mind, and relax whenever I get ample opportunity to do so which is, unfortunately, not as often as I'd like these days given my busy work week and active lifestyle
  • One way I was determined to pamper myself was by creating a sort of spa-like experience at home and one of the products I purchased for this purpose was the Earth Therapeutics Foot Scrub Mat
  • When I bought it, I wasn't even entirely sure how it worked, but I didn't care
  • And, it's just as easy to use when you're sitting in the tub, because you just prop up your knees, lean back and rub the foot that way, though the soap isn't quite as effect in a tub full of water, as it would be in the shower because it obviously washes away, but it's still a great massaging and exfoliating element to keep in the tub, and I love it because I don't have to bend over awkwardly, propping up one leg on the other knee just to get to the bottoms of my feet while I'm taking a shower
  • Love this, and it's been the best addition to my home spa efforts to date

I’ve never been to a spa a day in my life, save for getting a massage on occasion. I’ve never had a manicure or a pedicure, because the thought of having someone else touch my sensitive feet is just a little too much for me to handle. Mat. When I bought it, I wasn’t even entirely sure how it worked, but I didn’t care. It sounded good and promising and so I took the plunge and set on a course to pamper myself for an hour when I got home.

And surprisingly, this is like my favorite bathtub mat ever! You know those mats that you put inside your bathtub and the suction to it and it’s supposed to keep you from slipping, especially in a porcelain tub? Well, that’s pretty much the idea behind this Earth Therapeutics Foot Scrub Mat, it’s a little shorter than a standard bath mat, and it’s only just a tad bitter wider than one foot would call for, so it doesn’t take up much room, and you can use this when taking a shower or sitting down in a ...

      • relaxing bath. You just stick it to the floor of your bathtub, wet it down, pour your favorite foot soap or body wash to it and, if you’re standing up taking a shower, you just rub one foot over it up and down, and the mat has these great massage beads that aren’t hard enough to hurt, but aren’t soft enough to tickle if you have sensitive feet like I do.

I was really surprised by how well this product worked to give my tired feet a break after a long day at work or out hiking by myself or with friends. And that means, I get to relax and enjoy the benefits of taking a good shower and doing more than just getting clean, but actually relaxing in the process. My tired feet immediately feel better and refreshed, and they don’t hardly hurt at all, even if I’ve been on my feet in awful shoes for hours at a time. Love this, and it’s been the best addition to my home spa efforts to date.
