Biofreeze Pain Relieving Gel is a great analgesic gel that can be applied directly to the source of pain through the skin. It is great for use on muscular pains or joint pains such as arthritis or strained muscles and gives good effective pain relief.

This medicine comes in tubes and the idea is that you squeeze it onto the skin where the pain is and rub it in. Something I think is good about this gel is that it is very easy to apply but doesn’t fall all over the place. Some of the pain relieving gels can be

so runny or watery that it is very difficult to keep them on the skin.

I think that this gel has a kind of menthol smell as you apply it, but this very quickly fades. Once the gel has been rubbed into the skin, there is no real smell that you can detect and this is a good thing from the point of view of going out whilst you are effectively wearing the gel.

Another good point in its favor is that again, once it is rubbed in, that’s it. It isn’t greasy or sticky and best of all, it does not ...

      • leave residue marks on clothing. Again this is important as you don’t want your clothes to be stained just because you are treating a pain.

This medicine does penetrate deeply. It goes to the heart of the pain and provides a cool relief. You can feel the cooling sensation as it gets to work, and it doesn’t then go really hot like some of the other medications on the market.

If you have sensitive skin, this is also a good gel to try. It doesn’t react with skin or causes rashes or anything, and also, it doesn’t dry out the

skin. It seems to be a very neutral gel that almost bypasses the skin and gets down to dealing with the pain and providing relief.

And the relief lasts for ages. In some ways this is better than taking a tablet, and the relief seems to last much longer.

In all, if you suffer from any kind of sporting or other injury or muscular pain, this gel is worth a try. It does work and it is not that expensive. Best of all, even though you know you have applied a gel, you can’t tell from either your clothing or any smell.
