Coco Veranda is the most visited and most dined place in Roxas City. A lot of people love to dine here because it serves fresh seafoods and the food are without a doubt uber delicious. Right at the entrance there’s an aquarium which showcases big prawns and fish to choose from and be cooked in any way you want.

The place is native in design, it is on the beach front so while waiting for the food to be served, you can

walk on beach for awhile since it will take about 30 minutes or more for them to serve your food. It would be best if you reserve a seat and order your meals ahead before going there because it’s really a long wait but definitely worth it.

One more thing, there are a lot of street children passing by the beach shore asking for money or food, if you give one, 10 or 20 more will swarm you and asked for money.

      • If you’re the type who doesn’t want to take a stroll on the beach, you can also play billiards whilst waiting. The waiters and staff are very accomodating to all your needs. The place is usually crammed with people so a reservation is always good to save time.

The restrooms are small but decent and sanitary. The price range for every dish are a bit pricey compared to other restaurants who offer fresh sea foods but to some it compensates to the

taste of the food although personally, I’ve tasted the same delicious foods in a nearby shabby-shack grill restaurants.

One unfortunate incident that happened to me while dining there was when a relative came to Roxas to visit us. This aunt gave us P5,000 each on envelopes as a gift. I’ve put it in my bag and forgot to lock it, I don’t know if someone stole it or if it fell off but after eating, when I looked into the bag, it was gone.
