  • This episode was great both because it teaches Homer and Marge a lesson about not being honest with their kids or trusting them and even Bart learns a lesson when he’s stuck at home by himself for about two weeks and realizes that’s not the best thing for a 10-year-old
  • Overall, I think this was a fantastic episode that was much funnier than I thought it would be

Well, I have never seen The Simpsons Episode Lost Verizon until last night. And, you know what, it was actually a pretty darn good episode.

Basically, Bart, after missing out on Principal Skinner going through a major (and very funny) public humiliation, wants a cell phone.

      After trying to earn one

by retrieving lost golf balls, he ends up finding Dennis Leary’s phone and starts using it to make prank calls, etc.

Some of the stuff he pulls is actually kind of unique and very entertaining.

After getting caught, Homer and Marge end up getting him a phone.

But, they are only doing it so they can track him using the GPS chip.

When Bart finds out, he takes the chip out and attaches it to a bird and there’s quite a few funny scenes where they are chasing after “him” around the world.

Of course, Lisa knows, but she gets to go ...

I especially love the ending to this episode, which has them discovering they forgot Maggie somewhere then showing where they left her.

Overall, I think this was a fantastic episode that was much funnier than I thought it would be.
