  • I’m So Tired isn’t that great of a track although I personally find it a very enjoyable song off of this album and think that The Beatles definitely demonstrate some versatility here as they transition back and forth between a sleepy tone and a much more alive one which certainly keeps the song from getting boring and keeps the dynamics and contrast throughout the song

I’m So Tired is a track by The Beatles which appears on their self-titled album, or The White Album. Unlike the rest of the album, I’m So Tired is actually a very laid-back track, and as the name would imply, it has a very sleepy feel and tone to it.

Lennon is the main writer of this track and he also sings lead vocals on the track and his voice works nicely with adding to the

very sleepy tone of the song.

However, I will say that in some parts of the song, the track starts to feel much more alive and moving compared to other parts which are very asleep, for lack of a better word, so there’s a nice contrast between these two feelings and the transitions between the two are surprisingly quite smooth as well.

I’m So Tired is a very short track, only about two minutes, and there ...

      • really isn’t too much going on musically so this leaves a lot of the track up to Lennon to lead it.

However, like with most tracks, he does a nice job and the main thing about this song is that it really relies on the contrast between the sleepier sections which are extremely melodic and the more alive sections which have significantly more energy behind them.

I’m So Tired isn’t that great of a track although

Yes, there are some better songs on The White Album but this is a pretty enjoyable song as well, just not spectacular.
