      I like spaghetti so much! Specially when the pasta is really just right! Al dente as what some call it. In this recipe, tuna is used instead of ground pork or beef, and this sure is healthy. I didn’t use real chicken stock instead I just put some chicken

      cubes in it. It’s taste is almost just the same. This is also good when you eat it with some bread, preferably garlic breads.

      Here’s what you’ll need:

      1 lb. spaghetti 1 clove garlic (optional) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 oz butter 8 fluid oz chicken stock 3 tbsp dry whit wine 6 oz tin of tuna fish salt and black pepper

      Garnish: 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

      Here’s what you’ll do:

      Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil and half the butter, and fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes then stir in the stock and wine. Boil briskly over high heat until the liquid has reduced to about 1/4 pint. Drain

      the oil from the tuna fish, flake the meat and add it to the stock. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

      When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it thoroughly in a colander and toss it in the remaining butter. Put the spaghetti in the serving dish, pour over the tuna sauce and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

      This is good for 4-6 persons.
