I subscribed to their Easy Sun Broadband Wireless Postpaid 799, a package that offers no holding period for their modem…all you need to do is to fill up the form, present a valid ID and that’s it. The set includes a HUAWEI E1550 modem, which you shal pay Php 888.00, and a Broadband
simcard, wherein you shall pay a Monthly Service Fee advance payment for Php 799. They promise your account will be activated and connected after 24 hours.
Guess what? My account was activated after 48 hours. And even if my account is already active, I can’t still connect to the net. From the 48th hour, I have to wait for about 72 hours and call the Customer Service three times before I can use the ...

BDO, BPI, Eastwest bank, Robinsons Bank, Planters bank, RCBC Savings bank, UCPB, Union Bank, Robinsons, SM, EcPay, 7-11, Mini Stop, Cebuan Lhuillier, LBC, Megalink, Bancnet, Bayad Center or any Sun Cellular branch shop.
good evening.. i already have a prepaid broadband but as per advice of an your agent in sm fairview, i`ve bought only a broadband simcard for a postpaid plan799. i tried it a while ago but it doesn`t work. as i remember it says you cannot connect before registering it or something like that.. what seems to be the problem?
