I first played this game a couple years ago when a friend gave me a stack of old Playstation 2 disks he hadn’t used in a long time, since he sold his machine. The disc was scratched up pretty bad from the abuse, so the game only ran up to the end of the first level. I played through this section of the game a number of times, and found that the game had a lot of possibilities.

Character creation isn’t incredibly personalized, you’re given just enough different combinations to make you feel like it’s your own character. The attributes are easy to keep track of and figure out, I had no problems there. Game play itself is fast paced and entertaining, if you enjoy ...

      • customizing and upgrading characters, then this is a game for you. You choose your armor throughout the whole game, as well as your weapons, jewelry, and magical items.

The angle of view for this game was horrible, though I don’t see any other way they could have managed it. You get a 45 degree angle view of your character, from above. If there are two people playing, then they cannot go farther than a screens width apart, and

the camera begins to really get on your nerves because it auto adjusts and turns constantly, throwing off your aim and character tracking. The multiplayer story does not change at all from the single player, even the cinematics still contain only the first player, absent of the second player.

On the plus side, this game is still one of my favorite RPG’s, or role playing games, simply because of the freedom and personal upgrades you’re able to make to your character.
