  • I am not claiming that it will make your badly split ends look as though they have been cut off, as no conditioner will do that, but this conditioner definitely leaves the ends of my hair in better condition
  • I firstly bought the shampoo which matches this conditioner and that was heavenly enough, so then I bought the conditioner to compliment it and, as I said in my shampoo review, these two bottles are very striking to look at and are designed to stand next to each other in your bathroom – the shampoo stands on its base and the conditioner stands on its head so the conditioner tapers up in size and the shampoo tapers down and they are curved on one side to fit together like a piece of sculpture or something
  • So this product lives up to its claim to condition hair down to the dry tips in my opinion and apart from that, it is gorgeous to use and gorgeous to look at
  • This is a lovely and effective new product from Herbal Essences that I would recommend and use again definitely

This is the most gorgeous new conditioner from the Clairol Herbal Essences range, called Beautiful Ends Split End Protection Conditioner, with red raspberry and silk extracts. This is an effective conditioner that is a pleasure to use that leaves my hair smelling gorgeous. Not only that but it does actually seem to work. I am not claiming that it will make your badly split ends look as though they have been cut off, as no conditioner will do that, but this conditioner definitely leaves the ends of my hair in better condition. I can tell this because for one thing, I have not had my hair cut now for about two months so my ends are old enough to have got quite dry and yet the ends of

my hair feel silky and fully conditioned. Also, on the underside where my hair is more curly, it can feel quite coarse and dry as a rule but after using this conditioner, even those coarse hairs feel really silky. Basically this conditioner will make your dry, split-ends look ten times better and more conditioned and if your hair is already healthy and not dry, this conditioner will maintain that for you.

      • conditioner stands on its head so the conditioner tapers up in size and the shampoo tapers down and they are curved on one side to fit together like a piece of sculpture or something. With their striking, pillar-box red colour the packaging does look nice in my bathroom.

Like the shampoo, the conditioner looks like creamy, raspberry sorbet – a lovely, opaque, creamy purply-pink colour that is rich in consistency. I do not have to use too much to cover my short but thick hair and, as instructed on the bottle, I massage it through my hair, especially at the ends. It feels rich and creamy and it coats my hair well. Sometimes, I do what the bottle suggests and rinse that first application off and do it once

more for good measure. The gorgeous raspberry, fruity scent seems even more intense than the shampoo scent and it really makes using this product a pleasure for the senses. The fragrance is not artificial or overpowering but just gorgeous and seems to remain on my hair even when it dried as for a few hours after washing my hair, I catch the odd whiff of that scent.

So this product lives up to its claim to condition hair down to the dry tips in my opinion and apart from that, it is gorgeous to use and gorgeous to look at. My hair feels soft, bouncy and shiny and it smells divine. This is a lovely and effective new product from Herbal Essences that I would recommend and use again definitely.
