Why is that there is always one traitor on every world to mess things up? I suppose it’s natural, but as a plot device, it’s just way overused. It’s too much of the easy catalyst for why things go wrong. This is what we have again on Stargate: Infinity: Hot Water.

Now I always like to stress that while this

show has the Stargate in the title, about the only thing it has in common with the live action show and movie is that there are Stargates. Other than that, there’s not much there, unless you want to count the shaggy hair of the cute Harrison. That’s it. Even this SG team are made up of races totally unique ...

      • to this cartoon series.

There’s really not much military about it, either. Harrison may be the cute one, but he’s a ladies man and full of himself much of the time. He gets called on that in this episode.

Actually, the inhabitants of this world are rather fun to watch. They’re the best I’ve seen thus far. They are from

an oceanic world, and I love their look and their attitude. Sometimes, animation goes too far in coming up with beings that are too crazy in appearance. These aliens seem to fit their world in a pleasing sort of way.

So, this is an okay episode. As I said about the first episode, it’s nothing stellar, but it does have moments.
