“You want to know the best world is? The next one.” That’s the best line of this first episode of Stargate: Infinity called Decision. This is not to be confused with the live action series. About the only commonality between the two is the name of Stargate.

      Major Gus

Bonner is accused of ordering a team into an ambush. We know he’s innocent, that a shapeshifter pretended to be him. That shapeshifter is masquerading as Dr. Grimes at Stargate Command. When a creature believed to be an Ancient is discovered, Bonner leads a small team through the Stargate ...

      • to fend off the attackers.

The team includes Bonner’s niece, Stacey.

Apparently to be believable as a cartoon, all of the characters had to have weird hairstyles and cuts to look far out, except of course for the one homage to James Spader and Michael Shanks with the shaggy hair. That was the

character of Harrison, the hunk of the cartoon.

“Sometimes there’s no way to be sure; you just have to go for it.” I like this line, too, spoken at the end when the second important decision of the show occurs.

Overall, it’s a good introduction to what this series is about, but it’s far from stellar.
