This acne treatment formula does seem to work in reducing the number of pimples that pop up in trouble spots for me, like the nose, but while it effectively reduces the number of pimples that develop, it unfortunately deals me a new problem that’s almost as unsightly and embarrassing: redness. This vanishing formula causes redness to show up in the areas that I apply it, and that’s not good for my self-esteem. It’s embarrassing talking to people with red splotches and irritated skin, even if that skin doesn’t have any pimples on it. The redness does fade with time, but it remains noticeable enough throughout the day. If I wash my face after a couple of hours have passed since I applied the vanishing formula cream, then that helps, but it also reduces the effectiveness of the cream, and increases my likelihood of pimples returning. It sort of a lose-lose scenario, where if I use the stuff, there’s a good chance its going to keep pimples from developing by fighting bacteria but the trade-off is redness and irritated skin, but if

I don’t use it, bacteria is going to have the upper-hand and possibly cause a new pimple or two to crop up. I don’t particularly like either scenario.

As I said though, when I used this vanishing formula treatment, it worked. I didn’t see any new pimples and that made me happy. When I first applied the product to some blemishes that I had on my face, the cream seemed to help erase those blemishes quicker than if I had applied nothing at all to them. That’s why now, instead of using this cream as a preventative measure and applying it everyday, which I’m supposed to do, I just use it when a problem or two surfaces. I still get the redness, but it takes care of the pimple days faster than if I would have just left it alone. All I have to do is apply some of the product to the affected area and softly work it into the skin, and then, the product’s formula, which is designed to kill acne bacteria, goes to work and the very next day,

      • I see a noticeable improvement and the improvement just gets better and better until the pimple or pimples are gone. The stuff works, and it works fast, but for me, it irritates my skin in the process and leaves a noticeable redness that can be almost as bad as the pimple. I guess it’s due to the benzoyl peroxide content, but this vanishing formula is supposed to have less benzoyl peroxide than many other acne treatment products. It does though, at just two point five percent benzoyl peroxide, but maybe my skin is too sensitive even for that? I know that I sunburn real easily and the doctor has said my skin is pretty sensitive, so even this stuff might be too strong for my skin, unfortunately. I wish it wasn’t since it works real well.

One zero point seventy-five ounce tube costs almost seven dollars, and that’s a lot of money for the size of the tube, but not a lot needs to be applied, so it does last. It’s worth the money because it’s effective in taking care of acne

and keeping it away, and for those that don’t have skin as sensitive as mine, they can just keep using the product day after day and likely never suffer from acne again, except for possibly the every once and a great while pimple. Even then, this product works quickly to clean up the pimple. It’s not an overnight miracle worker, but it will clean up pimples quicker than if you were just to ignore them. I feel comfortable rating this product an “8″ because it’s one that actually does what it says it’s going to do, but for me, it still irritates my skin like so many other acne products on the market, and that irritation shows up in redness and the occasional peeling. It can leave my skin feeling a little sore. It’s unpleasant, and it’s not something that I desire, but at least it knocks out the acne when it does show up. It’s just a price I have to pay, but it’s a price that’s worth it, at least, until I can find something that’s just as effective but works without causing irritation.
