  • I'm not much of an orange person, so taking a supplement seemed the best route to go, though I still had my reservations because this advice was coming from a woman who told me drinking two fingers of vinegar once a week will help cure bladder infections as well
  • I bought the Vitamin C with rosehips supplement from New Vitality (though I believe some of these products are available at local GNC stores), and it cost about $5 for a month supply, so it's not a bad deal at all compared to other supplements I've tried over the last three years
  • The vitamin C should be enough, I think, because rosehips is an ingredient that really carries more vitamin C in it for antioxidant results
  • I have a problem where I stop taking supplements or medicine as soon as I feel better, instead of considering that vitamin C might be something my body lacks on a continuous basis
  • I'm not sure if the rosehips are really an added value here or not, but I know this product works for me

I was having a conversation with a crazy friend of mine about how out of sorts I’d been feeling, and how it always seemed I was coming down with urinary tract infections that almost always led to kidney infections, and my sinuses were always flared and congested, and I was blaming it on not enough water and allergies, when she told me that I needed more vitamin C. Now, she’s one of those people who like to thing she’s a guru-in-training when it comes to herbal or home remedies, especially after spending a few years in China and learning some of their homeopathic rememdies first hand, and she was pretty adament that vitamin C is a natural anti-oxidant

      and will help prevent illness.

I’m not much of an orange person, so taking a supplement seemed the best route to go, though I still had my reservations because this advice was coming from a woman who told me drinking two fingers of vinegar once a week will help cure bladder infections as well.

And a good thing about it is that the name of the ...

      • product says it all, because there’s NOTHING else in this product but Vitamin C and rosehips.

The vitamin C should be enough, I think, because rosehips is an ingredient that really carries more vitamin C in it for antioxidant results.

I’m not sure if they added the rosehips as a selling tactic, or if it really DID add benefits to the product that vitamin C supplements couldn’t have done on its own.

Regardless, I took these vitamin C supplements for about two months.

Whereas before I was experiencing sinus problems and urinary tract infections on an almost monthly basis, I can honestly say that I hadn’t experienced anything for more than six months after I stopped taking the

        Vitamin C.

I have a problem where I stop taking supplements or medicine as soon as I feel better, instead of considering that vitamin C might be something my body lacks on a continuous basis.

So, when I got another UTI shortly after that six months, I started taking the Vitamin C with rosehips again, and again, I’ve been infection free since then.

Even my sinuses, which usually have me housebound during the heavy allergy season, isn’t even as bad as it usually is, and only really hits me in the early morning or late evening hours.

I’m not sure if the rosehips are really an added value here or not, but I know this product works for me.
