  • I sometimes have issues remembering to take vitamins, though, which has long been a problem for me
  • I think the idea of this MultiVescence appealed to me because it was in a drink form
  • I don't typically eat a lot of fruits or vegetables, certainly not as much as I should, and I know that would probably solve a lot of my problems in and of itself, but I'm on the go a lot (I know, that's not much of an excuse) and convenience is of the utmost priority to me
  • I sometimes hate drinking water because it lacks flavor and lacks oomph , and I'm a huge fan of carbonated beverages, and I get the best of both worlds with this drink
  • And surprisingly, by the time I finished the box of drink mixes, I noticed a rather surprisingly side effect, but a good one

I’ve kind of become a junky for homeopathic remedies for things within the last year, and one of the things I’ve steadily been on the lookout for is a good multivitamin. I sometimes have issues remembering to take vitamins, though, which has long been a problem for me. I think the idea of this MultiVescence appealed to me because it was in a drink form. I was taking One A Day for a while and honestly, even after a month, wasn’t feeling any better. No marked differences at all. I’ve been experiencing quite a bit of lethargy lately and can’t seem to find the energy to do much of anything. I don’t typically eat a lot of fruits or vegetables, certainly not as much as I should, and I know that would probably solve a lot of my problems in and of itself, but I’m on the go a lot (I know, that’s not much of an excuse) and convenience

is of the utmost priority to me. Which is pretty much the main reason I ended up purchasing the MultiVescence vitamin drink, because it comes in easy little packets that you can carry with you anywhere and add it to a bottle of water. You don’t have a powder mix to deal with, so there’s no mess, and I can throw a couple packets in my purse and know that I always have them with me when I’m at work or out for the day.

The first thing I liked about this drink mix when I tried it was that it kind of fizzes a bit and dissolves very nicely. I never experienced clumps of powder gathered at the bottom of the bottle. And when I tasted it, I was pleasantly surprised. There’s a drink I get at a little known local store that’s basically a flavored carbonated water, that tastes similar to a soda, but without all the calories,

      • and this is what this MultiVescence drink mix tasted like. It was like a berry soda in a way. I sometimes hate drinking water because it lacks flavor and lacks “oomph”, and I’m a huge fan of carbonated beverages, and I get the best of both worlds with this drink. It’s tasty and carbonated and chalk full of all kinds of vitamins and minerals. The mix is supposed to help increase energy levels, and though I didn’t feel anything dramatic immediately, or even within the first couple days, but the end of the week, drinking only one packet a day, I was feeling much better. I was sleeping better, getting up early in the morning and finding that I have the energy to go through my whole day. I’ve always had problems sleeping, so this was a huge benefit of the drink mix to me.

And surprisingly, by the time I finished the box of drink mixes, I noticed a

rather surprisingly side effect, but a good one. My skin was clearing up. Though I don’t have acne, or anything that severe, I do tend to still get a few blemishes when I’m especially stressed. I don’t know if the drink mix is responsible for clearing the skin directly or if it just helped decrease my stress levels and that’s what helped clear my skin, but either way, I’ll take it. The only problem with this drink mix is that it’s incredibly expensive, at about $35 for the box, but it lasted me a month, so I suppose it’s only mildly more expensive than a bottle of One A Day. Plus, it replaces all those pills for multi vitamins, and you have to drink water anyway, so it’s not like you’re going out of your way to take it. And it tastes great. I wish it were cheaper and I could afford to take it long term, but it’s a nice treat now and then.
