      I have tried looking for recipes of finger foods. I have this quest to be well-rounded in terms of my cooking skills. I patterned this recipe from Cosmopolitan magazine.

      Ingredients:

      1/2 cup olive oil

      6 large garlic heads, peeled

      24 1/2 inch thick slices baguette, cut at a 45-degree angle

      1 cup diced deseeded tomato

      sale and pepper

      24 slices


      white cheese

      24 pieces canned or bottled sardines

      In large frying pan, heat four tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until medium brown and tender. Brush the bread slices with the remaining oil and toast until golden brown. Transfer garlic to a large bowl. Pour the oil in the pan into the bowl ...

        One complain I have about this recipe is the process of

        cooking it. Finger foods are a bit complicated and time consuming when you prepare them. This is a perfect example of it. However, this is a really great for snacks and for long chit chats.
