      This is another way of cooking chicken. It is simple and less hassle compared to frying it. Most importantly it is not deep fry therefore more healthy.


      500g Chicken Breast, skinless, ground or sliced

      50g Basil leaves

      30g green and red chillies, sliced

      1 1/2 tbsp. light soy sauce

      1/4 cup oyster sauce

      1 tsp. dark soy sauce

      1/3 cup corn oil

      100g water or

      chicken stock

      1 sachet Knorr Real Seasoning

      sugar to taste

      Chili paste:

      2 pcs. green finger chilies, sliced

      2 pcs. red finger chilies, sliced

      5 pcs. garlic cloves, peeled

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Knorr Real Seasoning and sugar, season to taste. Continue to simmer another minute or until the chicken is done, then add the basil leaves and toss
        until evenly mixed with the meat.

        I like this recipe because it is not too salty and the flavor of basil gives a different taste to the chicken. Though sometimes it feels like the typical Chicken Terriyaki, still there is a certain taste that is contributed by basil. It sort of adds flavor to the chicken.
