This book is the eighth book in the Hardy Boys series. It is a fun book for preteen boys, although it is a bit old-fashioned.

It is still an enjoyable read

      The ...

      • one difference is that this time the mystery is not closely related to the case their detective father is working on.

The boys go and stay at a cabin in order

to try to find another boy and some missing antiques.

A mysterious man seems to already be stayong at the cabin without permission, and some other boys try to waylay the Hardy Boys and their friends.
